Limitation of Authority: Trip2Go does not issue visas, employ consular officers, or guarantee expedited decision timelines.
2. Agency Fees & Official Consular Charges
Trip2Go professional fees cover legal document checking, application form entry, dossier preparation, and calendar monitoring.
Non-Refundable Work: Agency service fees become non-refundable once document review or slot tracking has commenced.
Embassy & Application Centre Charges: Consulate visa fees, VFS/TLS service charges, courier fees, and portal transaction costs are separate and non-refundable.
Applicants bear sole legal responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents submitted to Trip2Go and consular authorities.
Truthful Disclosure: Applicants must declare prior visa refusals, immigration violations, criminal records, and genuine employment status.
Valid Passport Requirements: Passports must hold at least 6 months validity beyond intended stay dates and contain minimum 2 blank visa pages.
4. Consular Decisions & Refusal Policy
Visa approval or refusal rests solely within the discretionary authority of sovereign consulates and immigration departments.
No Refund on Refusal: In the event of a visa refusal, Trip2Go service fees remain earned as they compensate for professional administrative hours spent preparing the file.
